PlinthFlow (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates https://plinthflow.com. We build homes, villas, commercial spaces, interiors, and renovations for clients in Bangalore and nearby areas. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our website or contact us for a consultation.

Our website is a lead-generation and information site. It does not include user accounts, payments, shopping carts, subscriptions, or customer dashboards.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to share with us, and limited technical information needed to operate the site.

• Contact details you submit, such as name, phone number, email (when you write to us), project type, location, and message
• Communication content from calls, WhatsApp, or email when you enquire about a project
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device category, and pages visited, when analytics is enabled
• Source context for an enquiry (for example, which page or button you used), so our team can respond helpfully

How we use information

We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes related to your enquiry and our services.

• To respond to consultation requests and project questions
• To understand your requirements and recommend a suitable next step
• To improve our website, forms, and communication quality
• To measure site performance when analytics tools are active
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations when required

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated advertising lists.

Consultation forms

Our website includes a consultation form (on the Contact page and in a consultation modal opened from site CTAs). Typical fields include name, phone number, and optional email. Each submission includes a page source label and is verified with Cloudflare Turnstile.

Form submissions are sent securely to our Cloudflare Workers contact API. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated spam before the enquiry reaches our team (typically by email notification). Please only submit information you are comfortable sharing for a construction consultation.

Phone calls

You may call us at +91 99805 41416. When you call, we may collect your name, contact number, and details about your project so we can advise you. Call records may be noted by our team for follow-up.

WhatsApp enquiries

You may message us on WhatsApp (+91 99805 41416). WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s terms and privacy policy. We use WhatsApp conversations to understand your enquiry and respond.

Email communication

You may email us at buildwithus@plinthflow.com. We use the content of your email, including any attachments you send, to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive documents unless necessary for your project discussion.

Cookies

Our website is primarily a static marketing site. Hosting or content-delivery providers may set essential technical cookies required for security, load balancing, or basic site operation.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or a marketing cookie banner. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate controls.

Analytics

When configured, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and consultation-related actions (for example form starts, successful enquiries, WhatsApp and phone clicks). Analytics cookies or similar identifiers may be set by Google when these tools are active on the production site.

We do not currently run paid advertising pixels on the site. If we enable Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags later, we will update this policy and disclose advertising cookies. A full marketing cookie banner will be added if those tags require it.

Staging or preview builds do not load analytics tags. Events only reach a provider when that provider is active on the live production site.

Third-party services

We rely on carefully chosen third parties to operate the website and respond to enquiries:

• Cloudflare, Turnstile bot protection and Workers API that receives consultation form submissions
• Email providers, when you write to us or when form notifications are delivered to our team
• WhatsApp / Meta, messaging when you contact us on WhatsApp
• Website hosting / CDN, to serve the website securely
• Analytics providers (when enabled), to measure site usage

These providers process information according to their own policies. We share only what is needed to provide the relevant service.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, manage an ongoing project discussion, or meet legal and business record requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it where practical.

Your rights

Depending on applicable Indian law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. To make a request, email buildwithus@plinthflow.com with enough detail for us to identify your enquiry.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some records may be retained where we have a lawful reason to keep them.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults exploring construction projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
